So. I'm done.
Well, technically I have to go to my two sequential classes today in like, twenty minutes, but yeah.
I finished the mini-comic for Duncan on Monday night, staying at Creative Approach printing for five hours, til 7am. It looks AWESOME. And I'm allowed to say that, because a good part of that awesomeness had nothing to do with me. We scanned all the pages in, and then Alan went nuts without even being asked, changing levels and stuff in Photoshop, so the blacks, and there are a LOT of them (it's white on black. I used almost two bottles of ink), are like, Mike Mignola or Frank Miller-worthy. I'm currently worshipping the ground Alan walks on. That, and the printshop guy. One was sort of like, clueless and had no idea what I was trying to do, but kept trying to help me and flirting shamelessly. He was cute buuuut no. He was all googly over my work. That was nice, I guess. Especially after spending so long on it. The guy who was actually helping me was awesome. We spent two and a half hours trying to figure out how the pages would coordinate and all that and he helped me figure out how to get them where they needed to be and printed them for me. Keep in mind, I hadn't slept in over a day by this time and I've been allowing myself maybe five hours per sleep just to get everything done. BUT IT WORKED! And I finished Lyle's final last night. Could have a lot more detail but ohfriggenwell. Seriously, I just wanna be done. And last night, even after sleeping from 10:30am to 5:22pm I was still tired as hell with a nasty headache. I'M DONE I'M DONE I'M DONE I'M DONE!!!
Now I just gotta pack up my life and move it to storage.
Hork.
