Not that it would necessarily be legal *coughs* but theoretically you COULD go to a certain bittorrent search engine (http://isohunt.com) and do a search for a certain key word that might rhyme with "Mambala". If you did that, it's entirely possible that the first result from the search could be a copy of the FMA movie.
Not that I've done any of this, mind, because of course, it would be wrong to download it instead of waiting for the movie to come out in the US in a year or two! *nodnod*
