THIS SONG. OH MY GOD THIS SONG. Like. You ever not know you desperately needed something like breathing until suddenly and inexplicably and serendipitously you have it and everything is great for like, three minutes or whatever, but it's still briefly and totally great and you just get to kind of roll around and bask for awhile and you're all 'HOLY WOAH I REALLY NEEDED THAT APPARENTLY, WTF'?
It was like that.
I'm in the throes of pre-registration shit and financial run-around and my life is turning itself on its head and I can't stop it or even slow it down or control it because I have to work all week and when I so much as tried to look over the financial forms before work on Monday night I nearly had a meltdown later in the unit kitchen. So it's all on hold. Only, being me and all, that is every shade of not okay and I need to deal with it all RTFN only I can't, plus everything else in my life, so the flavor of the week is currently Blinding Panic.
So having this song be the first thing confronting me upon waking up and checking my email was basically magical and probably magnified the actual thing itself way out of proportion, but pretty much I'm wearing anything happy and sweet and simple like a lifejacket, so I guess that's that.
Oh, and I may have gone in this morning and told my property manager that my downstairs neighbor is being a bag of dicks.
I may have.
