I have worked *so* hard the last couple weeks, its scary. I think last quarter and not actually physically being able to stay ahead due to weird internal organs being... weird, actually kicked me into gear, and now I've discovered that deep down, somewhere, I*might* just have work ethic.

As a reward, tomorrow or the next day I'm gonna try to get out to Abercorn and buy a couple dvds I've been wanting for aaaages. Namely, Dawn of the Dead (new. I'm getting the old one burned.), Army of Darkness and Evil Dead, The Grudge, and maybe The Ring. I also wanna get 28 Days Later eventually. I'll see how many I can afford. Ick.

Well, I think you'd get the most viewings out of Army, Ring and 28 but thats just me. Have you seen 12 Monkeys? Sure, I didn't really like the others, but even so I couldn't imagine being able to rewatch it.

Coincidently, what did you think of Saw? Its riddled with gaps that might make you pissed, but its still worth sitting through once for an element or two I think.

didnt bother with Saw. i was never much one for the bloody/gory end of things. i always kinda thought visual shock-value was over-rated. but if its worth checking out, i'll rent it. oh, and i love 12 monkeys. i've been meaning to rewatch it for... like, maybe five years now, haha. oh, and i agree with your list of the three that'd get the most viewings. i think i've seen the ring upwards of six times now and i still love it. i want the new dawn of the dead, even though i know it wont get as many re-watchings as the others, just because its one of those movies i just get these strong urges to watch at really weird times. my friend is burning me the original, which is cool, but call me a blasphemer, i like the new one better. something about late-70's shopping malls just creeps me out.
