argh. ow.

i'm having a casey-day. first i was about three blocks from o-house before my phone went off, made me jump because it was on vibrate, so i swerved off the sidewalk into the dirt patch along the roadside and into a tree; i bounced off the tree, jerked the front tire, bounced into the edge of the sidewalk, and finally ate it. i now have holes in both my knee and my jeans. argh. about half a mile later i hit a bump in the brick sidewalk and had to swerve to miss a telephone pole, which sent me launching into a fan-palm and then on into a pricker bush. at least that didnt result in a dismount. and most of the time i cant even ride on the sidewalk because the ends of them are huge dropoffs, not bike-friendly slopes. this results in having to pedal like hell with traffic whizzing by your ears. and scad buses come out of fucking subspace. i feel like such a fucking klutz. i'm just waiting for a big dude to come and beat me up and steal my lunch money.
